For the last year, Chris Morrissey has been programming specific workouts tailor made for my specific goals. 

 

We went over my goals and what my lifting background entailed then got to work. The programming includes a great diversity of lifts and workouts that are challenging and made to make yourself better. They are also varied to prevent the workouts from becoming boring and repetitive. 

 

We have focused on building strength and the results over the past year have spoken for themselves. I have had personal best lifts in squat, strict press and deadlift. Squat max went from 300 to 360, strict press from 120 to 180 and deadlift from 350 to 415. Not only have I grown stronger, I have lost weight while maintaining and increasing muscle mass. All of which, were goals that we had prior to starting. 

 

During each cycle and after each cycle, Morrissey checks in to make sure I am getting what I want out of the workouts and programming. He provides feedback after each workout that I log and is excellent in answering questions about health, form, exercise variations, and equipment.
